Hotel facilities: The lobby was big and there was a good coffee/cake shop in the hotel. Transportation: The location was convenient, with a 7/11 nearby and a pizza place and Tesco within walking distance. Staff: The reception staff were kind and polite, and the cleaners were excellent and efficient. Thai hospitality at its best.

We chose this hotel as it was very close to the airport, which made it convenient for our family with kids. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and soft towels. The staff were kind and helpful, providing excellent laundry service. The hotel had a big lobby, and the housekeeping staff were attentive.
We did find some areas for improvement. The reception staff were not as friendly and knowledgeable as we had hoped.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious needs were all fulfilled at this hotel. the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services were nothing short of exquisite. the sun terrace with sun loungers and a garden area provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served the most delectable dishes and cocktails.
One minor issue was the occasional spotty internet connection, however, when it worked it was incredibly high-speed. But even the minor inconvenience couldn't prevent us from enjoying the hotel's spectacular service and leisure/TV room facilities.
